What services do you offer?

How does pricing work?
We sell fixed-scope projects at fixed prices — no hourly billing surprises. Ongoing work is handled via monthly retainers with a defined scope and SLA. Entry prices start from €990 for an AI Audit and from €490/month for managed IT. See Pricing for full details.
Do you work with clients outside Italy?
Yes. We are remote-first — most of our work is done via async communication and screen sharing. In-person meetings are available for clients based in Italy.
What languages do you work in?
Italian and English are our primary working languages. We also support Spanish and German for client communication.
How long does a typical project take?
An AI Audit takes 1–2 weeks. Infrastructure migrations and DevOps projects typically run 2–8 weeks, depending on scope and complexity. We give a clear timeline in every written proposal.
What about data privacy and confidentiality?
We sign an NDA on every engagement. We use privacy-first tooling and never share client data with third parties. Where possible, we keep data on your own infrastructure — not in third-party cloud services.
Do I need to provide hardware?
For managed IT services: yes, you own and provide the hardware (servers, VPS, or cloud instances). We manage and maintain it. For cloud or hybrid engagements, we advise on vendor and configuration selection — no hardware purchase required upfront.
