2. Data We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:

• Name
• Company (optional)
• Email address
• Service interested in
• Message
• The page you wrote from, and the language you used
• The date and time of your message

Separately, if you ask to join the Receipt Tracker waitlist, we record your email address and the date you asked. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no tracking identifier.

Apart from the aggregate traffic measurement described in section 6, the contact form and the waitlist are the only ways this website collects personal data. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

3. Purpose

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. A waitlist address is used solely to send you one email, when the Receipt Tracker beta opens.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Data Retention

Contact form data reaches us by email, and we keep that email only for as long as we need it to answer you.

A copy of every enquiry is also stored, so that no message is lost in transit. It is written to a file on our own server in Italy, kept outside the public area of the website and readable only by us, and not to any third-party service. We keep that copy as our record of what was asked and when; we do not set an automatic deletion date on it, and we delete it as soon as you ask us to, at the address in section 7.

A waitlist address is stored, because a waitlist is a list. It is written to a file on our own server in Italy, kept outside the public area of the website and readable only by us, and not to any third-party mailing service. We keep it until the beta opens or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first; you can ask at any time at the address in section 7.

6. Data Sharing & Transfers

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not transfer your data outside the European Union. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

We measure traffic with GoatCounter, hosted in the European Union (Hetzner — Finland and Germany). It sets no cookies and keeps no IP address on record: your IP and browser string are held in memory for at most 8 hours, only to derive a random session identifier that lets repeat page loads be told apart, and are never written to storage. Per-visit logging is switched off, so what we store are page totals, not people — there is no record from which one visitor's path through the site could be reconstructed. That is why this site has no analytics consent banner.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
